Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious working student to support our Master Data Team. This part-time position is based at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland, within the Supply & Value Chain Excellence business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and automating our master data processes, with a special focus on creating an automated dashboard (Power BI / Power Apps). You will play a key role in increasing the efficiency of our master data management, modernizing our processes, and sustainably improving master data quality.

Your Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and updating of master data in our systems
Collaborate on projects to optimize data quality and structures
Analyze and prepare data to improve process flows
Create and maintain an automated dashboard (Power BI / Power Apps) to visualize master data and process metrics
Support the implementation of new processes in master data management
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Logistics, and IT
Assist in documenting master data processes and training materials
 

Your Profile

Ongoing studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
High level of curiosity, innovation, and a hands-on mentality
First experience in data management or supply chain is an advantage
Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps, ideally having completed practical projects
Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel & Power BI
Ideally, knowledge of SAP R3, SAP4 HANA is a plus
Independent, conscientious, and reliable working style
Fluent in German and English
