Attendants für das World Economic Forum 2022 in Davos Seit 2006 unterstützt Spool AG das World Economic Forum in Davos mit Attendants und wird auch dieses Jahr wieder mit einem grossen Personalpool präsent sein. Für das WEF suchen wir engagiertes Personal, welches während einer Woche in die Welt der internationalen Wirtschaft und Politik eintauchen und Teil eines motivierten Teams sein möchte. Einsatzzeit ist vom 22. – 26. Mai 2022 (je nach Team: obligatorische Anreise am 18. 19. oder 20. Mai 2022). Die Aufgaben sind unterschiedlich: Registration, Welcome Desk, Lunch&Dinner, Einlasskontrolle bei diversen Lounges oder Sessions. Während dem Einsatz wird unser Personal als WEF Mitarbeiter:innen im Einsatz stehen und es wird eine dementsprechend professionelle Arbeitsweise verlangt. Nach dem Einsatz erhält unser Personal eine offizielle Arbeitsbestätigung vom World Economic Forum. Wir erwarten Engagement, Belastbarkeit, Diskretion, fliessendes Englisch, höfliche Umgangsformen, ein gepflegtes Aussehen und eine stets zuvorkommende Haltung gegenüber allen Teilnehmer:innen und Mitarbeitenden. Vergütung: CHF 30.-/h Anreise und Abreise: Halbtax, 2. Klasse SBB Ticket vom Wohnort bis Davos ist bezahlt. Unterkunft: in einem Haus, welches mit den anderen Attendants geteilt wird.
