HR GENERALIST INTERN / 8-12 MONTHS

The Human Resources team
The Human Resources team is looking for an HR Generalist Intern supporting during 8 to 12 months.

The role
As an HR Generalist Intern, your primary function will be to assist the HR team across a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks that support TEAM’s business objectives and employee-focused initiatives.
Additionally, you will learn how to develop and implement strategic organisational effectiveness initiatives that enhance performance, productivity and employee engagement.

Essential components of the role also include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Update and maintain company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
  • Support the hiring manager in the recruitment process, including compilation and advertisement of job profiles, reviewing applications and video interviews, candidate screening and selection, interview
    scheduling, and responding to candidates
  • Help with the onboarding process of new employees, including preparation of staff announcements, organisation of staff relocations, preparation of employee offer documents and employment contracts
  • Support with the full administration of the employee lifecycle, including social insurance registrations, signon and sign-off processes, permit applications, maternity and paternity leave agreements, absence management, accident reports, and reference letters
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of company and employee events
  • Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Help with HR statistics and KPI

The candidate
You have a Bachelor’s degree or similar in a relevant field and are passionate about people and the employee experience. You are at the start of your career and are ready to utilise your skills in a fast-paced environment. Your proactive approach and excellent time management skills allow you to easily adapt and solve problems. You are reliable, flexible and approachable and your friendly manner as well as your detail-orientated and analytical mindset make you a successful HR Generalist Intern. Finally, the successful candidate will be highly organised, with the aptitude to tackle a myriad of tasks and responsibilities.
