Join SWISS as an intern in our Economics & Commercial Airport Agreements department, responsible for one of the largest budget positions of the company. In collaboration with the Lufthansa Group, we negotiate global agreements with airports and ground handling partners.

Start: April 1, 2025, or as soon as possible
Location: Zürich/Kloten

What you’ll do:

• Analyze existing handling contracts (IATA SGHA’s) and create detailed overviews to support decision-making
• Assist with tenders and negotiations involving service partners at airports worldwide
• Support daily business operations, including cost control, budget processes, and project management for the SWISS Home Market Economics team

What you bring:

• Enrolled or graduated in Business Administration, Aviation, or a related field (min. three semesters for HF/Bachelor students)
• Analytical and strategic mindset with strong business sense
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and eager to learn new things
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office (O-365 preferred)

Details:

Duration: 6–8 months (100% preferred)
Salary: CHF 2,500.- (Bachelor/HF), CHF 3,000.- (Master) per month
