Polariton Technologies is a start-up coming out of ETH Zurich developing cutting-edge devices for optical communications. We have launched our first product based on a novel electro-optic modulator. Your job includes
·       Personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding

·       Monthly payroll processing in collaboration with external providers

·       Talent management

·       Improvement of HR processes

·       Defining and implementing the HR strategy

·       Supporting and advising employees on personnel issues

As an ideal candidate you have
·       Commercial apprenticeship and further education in HR, university degree or similar

·       Good computer skills (MS Office)

·       HR-tools affinity

·       Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

·       Organizational talent

·       You have professional communication skills in English and German (written & spoken)
