We are looking for a passionate, empathetic and committed individual with a customer-first mentality and ideally experience in the B2B SaaS space. You will work with our customers and internal cross-functional stakeholders from sales, product and engineering, making sure our customers have an excellent experience using the Lyfegen Platform from the point of onboarding and beyond.

As a member of the Lyfegen Customer Experience team, you will listen to our customers and exceed their expectations with a mindset to solve problems, not symptoms.
Your main responsibilities:
§ Be the single point of contact for our customers, provide interactive training sessions to onboard users, present and upsell new features and understand additional requirements.
§ Provide articulate, high-quality support to customers helping resolve any support questions and complex issues.
§ Become a subject matter expert in local drug rebate processes and related areas of the Lyfegen Platform.
§ Communicate with customers about future functionalities and existing disruptions.
§ Collaborate closely with relevant Lyfegen colleagues for efficient customer issue resolution.
§ Manage and drive implementations of the Lyfegen Platform with customers in collaboration with the global Product & Implementation team.
§ Manage and conduct Lyfegen’s rebate services on behalf of our customers.
§ Identify product improvement possibilities and advocate for optimizing our products and services on behalf of our customers.
Who you are:
1+ years of experience in a B2B customer facing role is considered an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Curious to learn about technical products in detail and enjoy explaining solutions to users simply and clearly.
Capability to comprehend complex processes quickly and in detail.
Self-guided and driven – you want to take ownership and responsibility for your work.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Customer-first mindset, being energized by the challenge of exceeding customer expectations and solving difficult problems for users.
Experience in supporting customer of complex B2B applications (preferred).
Experience in the healthcare space (preferred).
