Key responsibilities:

– General Administrative task

– Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

– Prepare and execute monthly payroll

– Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)

– Recruitment and support of interns

– Manage all accounting transactions

– Ensure timely bank payments

– Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory


– Experience in HR and Accounting

– Sound knowledge of work permits and Swiss labor law.

– Two years of administrative support experience

– Fluent in English and German.
