What you’ll achieve

As an Enterprise Storage Technical Sales Representative you will be responsible for quoting and pricing activities for Dell Storage, HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure), CI (Converged Infrastructure), DPS (Data Protection Solution), UDS (Unstructured Data Solutions), and Extended Technology (ET) solutions in the Enterprise segment. Point of escalation for pricing and quoting issues across the storage portfolio. Ensures there is always a prompt, accurate response to customer/virtual team needs via email, phone, and/or social media for all datacenter solutions.


You will:

•Drives hands-on keyboard activities for quoting entire storage portfolio

•Troubleshooting and support for pricing & quoting issues across the storage portfolio

•Drives root-cause analysis with internal business partners to solve customer challenges

•Partners with Core Account Executives (AE) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to ensure customer satisfaction for storage products

•Discusses technical users’/buyers› key business outcomes with account team and applies Dell Technologies portfolio using a high degree of technical competency. Consults with sales reps on product specifications and finalizes bill of materials to sell complex Storage, EI, and HCI products and solutions

Essential Requirements

•Ready to learn new tools and processes to enable rapid storage quoting and the ability to support configuration / pricing

•Storage 201 level technical knowledge to support deal qualification spanning the Storage portfolio

•Ability to coordinate across the presales account team and facilitate a large volume of deals at once

•Cross-functional and team-focused mentality with willingness to share ideas, best practices, and expertise with team members

•Fluent in German, very good level in English

Desirable Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of related experience in a relationship selling role
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
