We are Circleg – a Swiss/East-African social enterprise with the vision of freedom of mobility for everyone. We are providing an affordable prosthetic leg system and holistic prosthetic care designed for the needs and circumstances of amputees in low- and middle-income countries.

Join our fast-growing team as an experienced IT Support Engineer and help us scale and mature various IT areas, including business systems, endpoints, worker identity, and office technology. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional user support and ensure the smooth operation of company-supported computer applications and platforms, predominantly on Windows. You will troubleshoot problems, advise on appropriate actions, and deliver scalable solutions to our desktop users.

– Solve problems and provide scalable solutions for our desktop users.
– Track and resolve issues promptly throughout the IT environment.
– Manage hardware and software inventory efficiently.
– Onboard new users by provisioning laptops, phones, and necessary accounts.
– Assist in the administration of cloud-based applications, preferably Google GSuite.
– Perform recommended upgrades and patches to operating systems, applications, and equipment.
– Provide feedback on processes and recommend areas for improvement.
– Maintain technical documentation and a service catalog for software installations, hardware configurations, and problem troubleshooting.
– Suggest improvements in technologies and procedures.

– 3-5 years of experience working in a modern IT environment.
– Administration expertise with the following products: Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Windows, Azure AD.
– Experience in building with iPaaS/Automation/Glue tools.
– Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collect and present solutions that meet business needs and enhance workflows.
– Excellent project management skills, organized and methodical in delivering high-quality work.
– Team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback, and adept at managing up and across teams.

Desired Qualifications
– Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
– 3-5 years of experience in a desktop support/help desk or similar support role.
– Terrific deskside manner, providing support without alienating users.
– Effective and clear oral and written communication skills.
– Proficient in Windows and Mac OSX platforms, or the ability to quickly learn new IT skills.
– Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Google GSuite, Box, JAMF, Okta/SSO, etc.
