Internship: Project Management & Product Development

Workload: 80 – 100% | Duration: 8–12 months | Start date: 1 July (or by arrangement)

investment management solutions. Our Platform enables professional investors, asset managers, and lending
businesses to structure, manage, and monitor private credit portfolios. By combining software with deep
investment expertise, we make private credit, one of the fastest-growing areas in finance, more accessible,
transparent, and scalable.
In this role, you will work directly with our Chief Product Officer and as part of an international team to gain
hands-on experience across product development, clientinteraction, and project management. You will be
exposed to alternative investments and take on responsibility from day one. Ideal for those looking to kickstart
a career in fintech or project management.

Your Responsibilities
● Help shape and drive the #1 private credit ERP in Switzerland
● Coordinate and drive project tasks across ongoing product initiatives (e.g., with Jira)
● Support client interactions, including meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
● Contribute to sales and pre-sales activities through presentations and documentation
● Maintain and improve product and project documentation
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, tech, and business teams
What We’re Looking For
● Education: Bachelor’s (completed or ongoing) or Master’s student in Finance, Economics, Business
Administration, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
● Languages: Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
● Tools: Confident with Excel/PowerPoint(or Google Sheets/Slides); familiarity with Jira, G Suite, or
similar tools is a plus.
● Interest: Strong interest in finance, particularly private credit/ alternative investments
● Tech Affinity: Comfortable working with software products; prior exposure to IT environments is an
advantage. Familiarity with SQL and/or Python is a bonus.
● Mindset: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Interest in agile ways
of working is welcome.
